1 ) Are your shipping fees additional?

We offer free shipping for orders above 1500 dollars. If you provide your own UPS shipping account, we will set up the shipment for you.

2 ) Can you blind ship to my clients and retailers?

Yes, if you require a blind shipping provision, we will arrange that for you by putting a name on your parcel.

3) How can I check the status of my orders?

The status of your order will be updated online. As soon as we get the tracking number from the warehouse, the status will change. Log in to your account to keep track of your order.

4 ) Can I rush my order?

Yes, we have options for that. Contact your rep for the availability of such orders.

5 ) Do I need an account to order?

Phone orders consume a great deal of our CSR’s time and there may be miscommunication. Order online and confirm it. In case of extreme emergency, we will provide you a separate mail option but the usual online orders will be granted higher priority.

6 ) Can I order over phone?

You do not need an account with us to place an order. Just load on to the cart and order and simply check out.

7 ) How do I return an order?

You can return orders within 15 days of receipt. Return will not be accepted if the products are washed or imprinted.

8 ) Do you accept COD?

No, we do not accept COD. You can make your payment online via Visa or Master Card.

9) What to do if the order I receive has some flaw?

If your purchased item has some error in it, you should make a claim within 10 business days from the date you received it. A claim made after the specified time, may not be accepted.

10 ) Are free samples available?

Unfortunately, you cannot get a free sample. But, you can pay and place a sample for order as our online cart does not have any minimum quantity obstacle.
